Veteran and Military Banner Application

Payment Information:

Before an application is considered completed, payment must be made in full.
Checks and cash should be paid at the Davenport City Hall Revenue Counter.
Checks should be made payable to the City of Davenport.
 
The cost of a banner is $200, which includes production, installation, and maintenance as well as
a portion of the cost goes toward a donation to the Friends of Veterans Memorial Park. 
The banner will be displayed on Davenport lights along the riverfront between May-November 2025.
 
Please submit a receipt confirming your payment with the application.
