Properties who have had the recycling cart removed for repeatedly placing garbage in the recycling cart can request reinstatement of recycling service. To request reinstatement of recycling service and redelivery of a recycling cart, complete and submit this form along with the $25 redelivery fee. If you are unable to submit this application electronically, print this page, provide required information and mail or drop-off the application with the $25 redelivery fee to Customer Experience, City of Davenport, Public Works, 1200 E 46^th St, Davenport, IA 52807.

The recycling cart(s) requested will be delivered to the property identified on the Thursday following the City’s receipt of the completed request form and any applicable fee(s). Requests received after 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday's will not be fulfilled until the following week.
