Complete and submit this application to request permission to place temporary dumpsters or similar objects in the city right-of-way at least three (3) business days in advance of desired placement. Requests submitted less than three (3) business days in advance of the date requested will not be honored.
Your application will be reviewed for conflicts such as special events or upcoming roadwork, and a determination made within one (1) business day.
An obstruction and encroachment permit is limited to 30 days.

A $10 non-refundable fee is payable with the application.
*If you are unable to submit this application electronically, print this page, provide required information and mail or drop-off the application with the $10 non-refundable fee to Customer Experience, City of Davenport, Public Works, 1200 E 46th St, Davenport, IA 52807.
