The outside water consumption program allows customers to receive credit for sewer charges for outdoor water usage during the watering season. Residents must submit an Outside Meter Credit application by December 1st of each year to participate in the program. The Revenue Division will adjust the sewer flow rate based on meter readings. Customers will receive the credit on future bills, and only closed accounts will receive a refund.
