The City of Davenport offers a 50/50 cost-share program for sidewalk reconstruction.  Under the program, residents can request to participate in the cost share program to assist with costs associated with sidewalk reconstruction. 

Once resurfacing/reconstruction is complete, properties are invoiced for 50% of the cost of the work. Property owners may pay the bill within 30 days or have the cost assessed to the property, allowing property owners to spread the cost of resurfacing/reconstruction over time.
