Complete and submit this application for placement of Temporary No Parking on a street(s) at least five (5) business days in advance of desired Temporary No Parking (TNP). Requests submitted less than five (5) business days in advance of date requested will not be honored.

Your application will be reviewed for conflicts such as special events or upcoming roadwork, and a determination made within two (2) business day.

Please be reminded:

• If this request is associated with street closures or lane reductions due to a special event, the request should be made using our special event system at least 90 days in advance at http://www.cityofdavenportiowa.com/programs_events/special_events.
• The City's fee for TNP placement is $60.00 per hour to place and remove the TNP plus a $50.00 administrative fee, with a minimum charge of $110.00. In addition to the fee for TNP set-up and tear-down, a fee of $5.00 will be charged per parking spot per day TNP is in effect.
