Sponsored by the City of Davenport

Everyone dress up in costume, decorate floats & vehicles. Line-up space is limited. Applications will be accepted on a first come-first serve basis until the line up space is filled, or until Tuesday, October 19, 2021 5:00 P.M.

Please complete all fields relevant to your entry. A total estimate of how many feet you need for your entry is very important in assuring you the proper space.

Please note:

All entries must be Halloween themed.
Items shall not be thrown. Assign people to walk beside your unit and hand out candy/items along the side of the street for the safety of those attending.
No animals allowed in the parade for the safety of others.
Rain or shine the parade will take place.
No Political entries in the parade.

Parade entrants will be required to pick-up their information packet, including entry number signage in Council Chambers at City Hall; 226 W. 4th Street on:

Monday, October 25th 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM OR Wednesday, October 27th 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM

If you are not able to pick-up your packet during these times, please email or call to make arrangements.
