Halloween Parade
Saturday, October 30th 2021 at 6:30 PM
Sponsored by the City of Davenport

Everyone dress up in costume, decorate floats & vehicles. Line-up space is limited.  Applications will be accepted on a first come-first serve basis until the line up space is filled, or until Tuesday, October 19, 2021 5:00 P.M.

Please complete all fields relevant to your entry. A total estimate of how many feet you need for your entry is very important in assuring you the proper space.

Please note:
  • All entries must be Halloween themed.
  • Items shall not be thrown.  Assign people to walk beside your unit and hand out candy/items along the side of the street for the safety of those attending.
  • No animals allowed in the parade for the safety of others.
  • Rain or shine the parade will take place.
  • No Political entries in the parade.

Parade entrants will be required to pick-up their information packet, including entry number signage in Council Chambers at City Hall; 226 W. 4th Street on: 

Monday, October 25th 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM OR Wednesday, October 27th 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM

If you are not able to pick-up your packet during these times, please email or call to make arrangements.
